                                                                              1. 看不见显著的效果
                                                                              不要急着要看到效果,反而按着不同人的体质而循序渐进,会更适合自己,而且效果也会更长久。

                                                                              2. 挨不住饥饿的折磨
                                                                              如果身体长期太饿会影响脾胃、皮肤及情绪等,所以最好避免使用挨饿的方法来减肥。

                                                                              3. 吃不到想吃的东西
                                                                              真的有一些致肥而不健康的东西需要戒掉的,长期吃用也会对身体造成负担。

                                                                              4. 做不到持续的恒心
                                                                              正确的的减肥过程应该循序渐进,必须要有坚持和忍耐。

                                                                              5. 选不定适当的方法
                                                                              要为自己选出适合自已一套的减肥方法,并要不时留意自己的身体变化。
