                                                                              1. 受不了过程的麻烦
                                                                              在减肥的过程中,免不了会有不顺利和不方便的情况,只要是正确的决定,不要怕麻烦而放弃理想啊!

                                                                              2. 达不到心中的标准
                                                                              有些人一早定下太高的要求和标准,结果往往未能接受,致使灰心失望。

                                                                              3. 吃不消运动的辛苦
                                                                              一分耕耘一分收获,吃一块可口的朱古力容易,但要做上相对的燃烧卡路里的运动真的一定会有一点辛苦。

                                                                              4. 付不起过高的费用
                                                                              其实减肥不一定要花钱​​去做GYM和纤体,所以不一定要花钱​​才可以减肥成功的。

                                                                              5. 禁不起损友的诱惑
                                                                              在减肥期间,可能需要远离一些不节制饮食或有吃零食的习惯的朋友的诱惑,好让你专心完成大事。
